our financial policy
Patients with Insurance
If you have insurance, our staff will call and verify benefits and eligibility before your visit as a courtesy. We'll file your primary and secondary insurance. Please be aware that this information was provided to us by your insurance company at the time of verification. The final determination of benefits is when claims payments are received and processed. You will be required to pay all co-payments, estimated co-insurance, and deductibles at the time of service or weekly. If necessary, we'll establish a payment plan during your first visit.
Once insurance has completed paying, the balance is due in full. If the full balance is not paid within 90 days of the first statement, and there are no prior arrangements, we will proceed with collections. We'll place additional fees and interest on the account if we need to send the balance to collections.
Patients Without Insurance
All patients without insurance will be required to pay in full at the time of service. At your first visit, our staff will review your benefits and estimated payments, so you understand what you'll be required to pay for your treatment.
